Broadcast Assistant

Job Description: As a Content Monitoring professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted live channel broadcasts by conducting thorough monitoring and quality control checks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring multiple live channels, performing regular quality checks on video/audio quality, EPG accuracy, and broadcast standards, reviewing logs for issues, and promptly escalating any concerns to the relevant team. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate effectively with channel providers and clients to provide updates and resolutions as needed. To excel in this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This position is ideal for freshers who are immediate joiners and hold a full-time graduate degree. The job location is Hyderabad, and it requires you to work from the office.
