Job Description

Role Overview

Senior C/C++ Embedded Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain embedded software components using
C / C++
.
Develop and maintain
scripting tools
using
Shell / Python
for automation and testing.
Debug system-level issues using
GDB
,
Wireshark
, and other diagnostic tools.
Work with
networking protocols
and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with hardware, QA, and firmware teams to deliver stable and optimized solutions.
Participate in
code reviews
, documentation, and development of best practices.
Integrate and maintain software builds using
Git
and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skill Set

Proficiency in
C / C++
programming and strong understanding of
Data Structures
and
OS Concepts
.
Experience with
Shell or Python
scripting for automation.
Working knowledge of
Git
for version control.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using:

GDB
Wireshark

Knowledge of
Networking Protocols
and related compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with
Embedded Linux
environments is preferred.

Additional Advantageous Skills

Experience with
TR-069
,
TR-369
, or protocol certification.
Understanding of
build systems
(e.g., CMake, Make) and
CI/CD pipelines
(e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
