Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:
Proactively identifying and acquiring new broadband customers in a defined territory.
Sales & Lead Generation:
Generating leads, explaining product features, and convincing potential customers to purchase broadband connections.
Customer Engagement:
Engaging with potential and existing customers to provide information, address inquiries, and build rapport.
Achieving Targets:
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets for Airtel Broadband services.
Product Knowledge:
Staying updated on Airtel's broadband products, features, and offers.
Customer Support:
Providing basic customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction after the sale.
Reporting:
Marking attendance in the Airtel app and performing other required duties.

Requirements:

Education:
A bachelor's degree.
Experience:
Field sales experience, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the Telecom or FMCG sectors.
Transportation:
Must own and have a two-wheeler for personal transportation.
Location:
An in-person, field-based role requiring direct customer interaction.
