Job Description

Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on BRM Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives within Oracle BRM environments
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BSS/BRM systems, data conversion strategies, and performance-optimized migration execution
This is a critical role requiring strong technical acumen, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute BRM data migration projects with full ownership of planning, execution, and validation
Work extensively with BRM 12 schema and CMT-based migration tools
Analyze legacy data models and map them effectively to BRM structures
Design and implement data conversion strategies, including handling encrypted data
Perform data loading and integration with Northbound/Southbound systems
Develop and maintain migration strategy documents, implementation plans, and cutover runbooks
Conduct post-migration analysis (events, invoices, open items, bills, dunning)
Create reconciliation scripts and perform dry runs/parallel bill runs
Optimize migration performance to minimize system downtime
Generate detailed migration reports and SQL-based analytics
Mandatory Skills:Proven experience in BRM-CMT data migration and Oracle BRM development (not just support)
Strong SQL, PL/SQL, PCM Java, and scripting (Perl/Python) capabilities
Proficiency in Oracle 12c/19c, Java, C/C++, and BRM Webservices
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
Familiarity with migration tools like CMT and related utilities
Ability to execute data integrity testing and validations
Willingness to travel for critical project phases or client workshops
Desirable Skills:Telecom domain knowledgeespecially in Prepaid/Postpaid billing for Broadband, Voice, SMS, and Data services
Experience deploying BRM on-premise and/or cloud infrastructure
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and iterative delivery models
Ability to lead client workshops and articulate Oracle product capabilities
Understanding of BSS/OSS architecture and billing lifecycle
