Your Role

CORE AREAS [one of these]

- Civil Engineering [specially finishing, MEP, Greening the Building, Landscaping, Gardening, Green architecture
- Product Design for Easing Everyday Lives of the Poor- Mechanical or Electrical engineering involving making of innovative gadgets / models to demonstrate the miracles of science and technology, and to empower the service providers

SECONDARY AREA

General and Event Management, Power use of IT and basic AI, Analytical GK and Current Affairs, Videography, Documentaries, Horticulture

Besides exceptional training in your core area, and in power use of IT, you will also receive rare insights into political and social life, watch and make documentaries and bio-pics of change makers. This will prepare you for an impacting career in futuristic green construction

Requirements:

Respectable Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with functional knowledge of horticulture and impressive understanding of old school Physics and Mathematics

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD and basic SketchUp

Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Good English and versatility in computer usage

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Phase-I On-job Training = 6 months
Stipend Rs. 4,000/PM + growth @5%PMPlus shared bachelor livingPlus delicioius NV/Veg food thrice daily

Phase-II: Junior Engineer
Annual gross compensation to be started in between Rs. 1.5 - 2.5 Lakh depending upon the nature of qualification and experience, if any. Students of IITs, RECs and Equivalent, and Architects may expect a higher range.

For Internship
Final or penultimate Semester students, specially those seeking mandatory internship, Phase-I opportunity may be considered, but without cash stipend.
