Bridge Design Engineer (Railway Bridges)

As a Bridge Design Engineer specializing in Railway Bridges, your role involves detailed design and analysis of various types of railway bridges using software like Staad and Midas. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing various types of railway bridges such as Important, Major, RFO, Minor, FOB, etc., including components like abutment, piers, foundations, superstructures, decks, culverts (Box/pipe), RCC/PSC/OWG/Composite Girders, etc. - Conducting Hydrological Investigations and Flood Discharge Computations. - Reviewing and checking detailed Structural Drawings using AutoCAD/Rivet. - Performing structural analysis and calculations to ensure the strength, stability, and performance of the bridge design under various loading conditions as per the latest IRS/IRC codal provisions. - Coordinating and discussing with Consultant/Client/Authorities to obtain approval of Design and Drawings according to project requirements and standards. - Collaborating with other engineers and project teams to integrate site conditions, environmental factors, and project goals into the bridge design. The minimum qualification required for this role is a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Civil Design.,
