A Cost accountant preferably having ten years' experience in working with construction industry having knowledge on Finalization of accounts, MIS, Job costing, Internal Control, Statutory Compliance and indirect Tax. We are seeking a seasoned Cost Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience to manage financial operations for our projects in the South region Factory & Head Quarters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, project finance, and compliance, along with exceptional leadership and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial management and reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project profitability. Prepare detailed financial analyses and forecasts to support project planning. Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets and financial performance. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as needed. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance staff. Risk management: They identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project. They must also ensure compliance. Show more Show less
