Job Description

As a Branding and Promotion Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic branding and promotional initiatives to enhance market positioning and brand equity. Your role will involve managing the brand identity, increasing brand awareness, and creating impactful campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty across various platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, digital, and sales teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in all brand communications and promotional strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the overall brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand equity. - Conduct regular brand audits and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. - Act as the brand guardian, maintaining tone, visual identity, and messaging alignment across all platforms. - Design, plan, and execute creative promotional campaigns (seasonal, events, etc.) to drive brand visibility and engagement. - Collaborate with creative and digital teams to deliver compelling content and assets for promotional activities. - Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand reach and visibility. - Conduct market research to identify competitor strategies and new opportunities for brand growth. - Analyze campaign effectiveness using metrics and insights to optimize future branding efforts. - Lead and mentor a team of branding and promotion specialists to ensure the successful execution of strategies. - Manage budgets and timelines for all branding and promotional activities effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masters preferred). - 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or promotions, preferably in [industry]. - Proven track record of successful brand and campaign management. - Strong understanding of brand positioning, market segmentation, and consumer behavior. - Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. - Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
