Branding and Promotion Manager

You will be responsible for managing the brand identity, increasing brand awareness, and creating impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty across various platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, digital, and sales teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in all brand communications and promotional strategies. - Develop and manage the overall brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand equity. - Conduct regular brand audits and competitor benchmarking. - Act as the brand guardian, maintaining tone, visual identity, and messaging alignment. - Design, plan, and execute creative promotional campaigns (seasonal, events, etc.). - Collaborate with creative and digital teams to deliver compelling content and assets. - Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand reach. - Conduct market research to identify competitor strategies and new opportunities. - Analyse campaign effectiveness using metrics and insights to optimize future efforts. - Lead and mentor a team of branding and promotion specialists (as applicable). - Manage budgets and timelines for all branding and promotional activities.
