Job Summary:

Branded Content Sales/ Business Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute branded content deals in collaboration with the ideation and creative teams.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets on a monthly basis.
  • Meet clients and agencies to pitch relevant content solutions and secure deals.
  • Ensure seamless execution of signed deals, delivering all commitments within SLAs.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Collective Creative Labs offerings and capabilities to propose innovative, monetizable content solutions.
  • Drive new business by onboarding new clients and exploring untapped categories.
  • Create and deliver customized cross-platform marketing materials that align with clients business goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Number of new clients acquired.
  2. Client retention rate and repeat business.
  3. Number of new events/IPs (Intellectual Properties) created.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in branded content sales, media sales, or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, media platforms, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and agency relationships.
  • Experience in executing cross-platform marketing campaigns.
