As a Brand Solutions Lead with 3-4 years of experience in digital/integrated advertising agencies, you will be required to lead amazing ad campaigns for iconic/legacy brands. Your major roles and responsibilities include: - Interacting with clients, understanding briefs, and managing campaign planning and execution - Strategizing monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives and setting timelines for projects - Managing client expectations by providing timely updates and performance reports - Acting as the primary custodian for integrated accounts and establishing internal processes for efficient team management - Overseeing the work of team members to ensure timely delivery of brand requirements - Providing training support and guidance to team members as needed - Identifying key performers and creating growth and succession plans - Analyzing data, drawing insights, and making data-driven recommendations - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns - Identifying opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services to existing clients - Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and sharing knowledge with clients and internal teams Your skills should include strong communication and time management, attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, analytical mindset, excellent client servicing skills, and technical knowledge of Google Analytics or other marketing analytics platforms.
