About Swarna Bharat TV

Swarna Bharat TV is a mission-led creative platform telling precise, high-quality stories on Bharat's history, culture, spirituality, and knowledge systems. Our YouTube channel is live with RashtraGaatha, and we're rolling out twelve original showsanimated series, on-field documentaries, studio formats, and feature specials. We pair research-first writing with cinematic craft, and we're preparing our originals for wider distribution, including OTT.

The Role (mid-level, hands-on)

brand voice + daily growth

What you'll own

• Brand rails:

  tone guide, reusable visual kits with the designer (fonts/colors/post templates).

• Calendar & creation:

  weekly schedule for YT Community/Shorts + IG; cut/caption Shorts; coordinate carousels/creatives.

• Packaging & SEO:

  titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, end screens; copy banks and hashtag sets.

• Growth experiments:

  run A/Bs on title/caption/thumbnail/timing; plan

  ?5001k micro-ad tests

  (YT/Meta) when needed.

• Analytics & reporting:

  CTR, first-minute signals, watch time, saves/shares; simple Looker/Sheet dashboard;

  one change

  weekly.

• Community:

  first-hour replies, daily sweeps, polls, and

  WhatsApp/Telegram

  updates; clear escalation rules.

• Collaboration:

  Mon Content Room, Wed Edit + Thumb Board, Fri Analytics with Founder, Senior Editor & Designer.

Must-haves

• 25 yrs

  in social for a content brand/creator (

  YouTube + Instagram required

  ).
• Strong hooks/copy; clean English (Hinglish ok for captions).
• Can cut/caption Shorts (CapCut/Premiere/Resolveany one).
• Comfortable with

  YouTube Studio & IG Insights

Nice-to-haves

• Canva/Photoshop basics; UTM/playlists/pin strategy; simple Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with ShareChat/Moj/WhatsApp Channels; micro-influencer outreach.
• Interest in Indian history/culture; comfort reading Hindi sources.
