Job Description

As a Brand Psychologist Intern at DA Psyki, an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform, you will play a crucial role in decoding human decisions and optimizing brands with precision. Your work will involve research and defining psychological triggers across customer journeys, building a Psychology Layer database, mapping audience personas, and analyzing real campaigns through a psychological lens. Key Responsibilities: - Research and define psychological triggers across customer journeys such as attention, desire, trust, conversion, and loyalty - Assist in building DA Psyki's Psychology Layer by creating behavior-based interventions, frameworks, and communication insights - Collaborate with product, marketing, and performance teams to map audience personas, emotional biases, and decision frameworks - Analyze real campaigns through a psychological lens and provide optimization suggestions - Aid in designing behavioral diagnostic models, customer empathy maps, and emotional scoring tools Qualifications Required: - Background in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Neuroscience, or Applied Cognitive Studies - Strong written communication skills to explain psychological models in a business-friendly manner - Genuine interest in brands, advertisements, human decisions, and the psychological impacts on them - Proficiency in researching, structuring thoughts, and deriving insights from data Additional Details: DA Psyki is a company dedicated to blending consumer psychology, behavioral science, and performance marketing to create a new category in the industry. The company values dedication and seriousness towards the work undertaken. If you have experience working with startups or in marketing strategy, exposure to frameworks like Fogg Behavior Model, BJ Fogg, Cialdini's Principles, Nudge Theory, and the ability to think cross-functionally (marketing + psychology + design), it would be considered a bonus. This internship is for a duration of 36 months with a performance-based stipend that can potentially be converted into equity. You will receive a certificate, Letter of Recommendation, and have the opportunity for a Case Study Publication under DA Psyki. The expected time commitment is a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, and adherence to strict deadlines is required.
