Brand Vision & Philosophy:

Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatise it while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated, data-driven Brand Intern to join our dynamic marketing team at Traya. You will play a key role in analyzing brand performance and supporting the execution of high-impact brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background who is keen to explore brand marketing from a strategic and performance-oriented lens.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of brand marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and dashboards to monitor brand KPIs (awareness, engagement, conversions).
  • Support the execution of brand initiatives, collaborations, and content-led campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and whitespace.
  • Work closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure all campaigns are insight- and data-backed.
  • Assist in building presentations, campaign reports, and dashboards for internal review.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills – must be comfortable with numbers.
  • Graduate/Postgrad from IITs/BITs or other Tier 1 colleges (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools.
  • Passion for brand marketing with a long-term vision to grow in the space.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Open to full-time conversion based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
