Job Description

Purpose of the job: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving brand visibility and customer engagement through on-ground (BTL) marketing initiatives, retail visual merchandising, and effective execution of branding and promotional campaigns. This role will focus on planning and implementing offline marketing strategies, coordinating internal marketing communications, and promoting the organizational culture through creative and impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BTL activities, store-level branding, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

BTL Marketing Execution:

  • Plan, organize, and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activities such as in-store promotions, events, roadshows, product demos, and brand activations. Retail Visual Merchandising (VM):
  • Ensure consistent and appealing visual presentation across retail stores in line with brand guidelines.

Branding & Store Communication:

  • Drive the implementation of branding elements across all customer-facing touchpoints including stores, POSM materials, hoardings, and in-store branding.

Internal Marketing & Culture Building:

  • Coordinate internal communication campaigns to align employees with marketing goals and company culture.

Vendor & Agency Coordination:

  • Liaise with print vendors, fabrication teams, and external marketing partners to deliver quality materials on time.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, digital marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Market Intelligence & Feedback:

  • Gather feedback from stores, customers, and field teams to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of marketing activities, campaign performance, vendor billing, and project outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports to the marketing manager/head on campaign ROI and operational efficiencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
