Role Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing influencer collaborations from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include showcasing strong negotiation skills, critical thinking abilities, and overseeing the content creation process to ensure high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to relevant influencers - Negotiate terms and agreements - Develop creative scripts and visual guidelines - Maintain a keen eye for detail in content creation - Manage influencer content submission - Coordinate with video editors - Participate in offline events to enhance influencer relationships - Make strategic decisions to optimize influencer campaigns Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or related field - Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills - Creative mindset for curating premium-level content - Attention to detail and project management capabilities - Familiarity with social media trends and the influencer landscape - Basic knowledge of video editing and sound design is advantageous - Background in Marketing, Media, or related field is a plus Please note that this is a full-time position based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with office hours from 10 AM to 6:30 PM for five days a week, including working from home on Saturdays.
