Job Overview:

Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Brand Manager - Social Media with a creative mindset and strategic planning abilities to lead and manage our brand presence across platforms. This role involves managing both organic and paid social media campaigns, client communication, team leadership, and Upwork client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute high-performing organic & paid social media campaigns
• Manage client relationships (including Upwork clients)
• Lead and guide a social media team with clear direction and goals
• Participate in client calls and presentations with effective communication
• Strategize and create brand-building campaigns aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, writers, developers) for content creation
• Report performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in team management & client handling
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Experience managing Upwork projects & international clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strategic thinker with a creative approach
• Time management and problem-solving skills
