Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Manage brand positioning, identity, communication and overall brand perception.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Work closely with internal teams, creative agencies, influencers and external partners to drive brand visibility.
• Oversee content strategy, social media communication and brand storytelling.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to develop effective brand initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance and ROI.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Drive brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Marketing or Marketing Strategy.
• Prior experience in the fitness, sports, health or wellness industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in managing agencies, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
