We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies, strengthen brand positioning, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand communication, marketing campaigns, market research, and customer engagement while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, digital marketing, creative, product, and external agency teams.
• Manage brand communication across websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Develop promotional strategies, product launches, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Track industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
