Job Description

Brand Manager — Creativity & Quality (3–5 years experience)

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) | Full-time

At Habuild, we're building more than a wellness platform, we’re building daily habits that stick, with a community-first approach rooted in Indian wisdom.
We’re looking for a Brand Manager who thinks in stories, breathes design details, and lives for the difference between good and great. Someone who can hold the brand lens across all content from Instagram Reels to email subject lines.

What you'll do:

  • Lead brand quality control across all touchpoints — visual, copy, video, product interface, and more
  • Partner with content, design, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency and emotional resonance
  • Build and maintain brand guidelines (voice, tone, visual design) and ensure they evolve with us
  • Review and approve key assets before they go live from campaigns to whitepapers
  • Help steer creative brainstorms and provide feedback to elevate quality
  • Monitor brand sentiment and market benchmarks to keep us fresh and relevant


What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand, content, or creative strategy roles
  • Strong eye for design, storytelling, and what “on-brand” looks like
  • Experience reviewing campaigns and mentoring content/design talent
  • Ability to work across teams and push for quality — with empathy, not ego
  • Bonus: You’ve worked in a fast-paced startup or health/wellness domain
