Title: Business Development Manager (Confidential Company) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time *We are hiring for an upcoming company in the skincare industry. We are assisting the company in identifying potential candidates for this exciting opportunity Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and entrepreneurial Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the brand positioning, marketing strategy, and digital presence of our emerging skincare brand. This is a critical leadership role where you will work closely with the founder, product development team, and partners to make the brand stand out in a cluttered D2C beauty space. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy & Communication Define and implement the brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels. Build brand guidelines, core messaging, content pillars, and ensure consistent storytelling. Create product launch strategies, key marketing hooks, and narratives aligned with brand goals. 2. Digital Marketing & Performance Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) for awareness, acquisition, and retention. Oversee social media strategy and content calendars ; collaborate with designers and creators for engaging content. Drive SEO, email marketing, SMS marketing, and retargeting strategies. Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize creatives, and budget allocations based on ROI. 3. Market Research & Trend Spotting Keep track of market trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and emerging platforms. Proactively suggest product innovations, content formats, and marketing experiments. 4. Analytics & Reporting Set KPIs for marketing campaigns, influencers, and digital spends. Regularly analyze brand health metrics, digital dashboards, and campaign performance. Present insights, learnings, and next steps to the founder and team. Profile & Skills: Must have 3-4 years experience in D2C skincare brands. Proven track record of scaling new-age beauty brands or similar consumer categories. Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, and PR activations. Excellent content, communication, and brand storytelling skills. Data-driven, agile, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors. Location: Remote-first role. Must be open to monthly travel to Chandigarh, Delhi, or other key markets for brand activations, shoots, and team meets Salary: As per industry standards, we can raise the bar post interview if the candidate is exceptionally good and has hands-on experience in d2c skincare brands Role & responsibilities
