Job Description

As a Brand Executive, you will play a crucial role in executing brand strategies and campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination among internal teams, external stakeholders, and agencies. Your responsibilities will include managing campaigns, overseeing brand communication, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting market research, and handling project management tasks. In terms of campaign management, you will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of campaigns within specified timelines and deliverables. You will also work with teams to drive closures on various aspects such as artworks, adaptations, and in-store activations. Moreover, in brand communication, you will assist in creating and delivering brand communication requirements across all teams, including SMS campaigns, radio announcements, and new store launch communication. You will closely work with retail marketing and digital marketing teams to analyze creative requirements and provide solutions for dimensions and formats, ensuring all communication materials align with the brand's tone, guidelines, and positioning. Additionally, you will liaise with store teams to ensure the timely preparation and dispatch of PR packages for journalists and influencers. You will conduct basic competitor analysis and industry research to identify trends and consumer insights, sharing your findings to enhance brand strategies and campaign effectiveness. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating project timelines, task trackers, and campaign calendars. You will coordinate with teams to meet tight deadlines and ensure seamless task delivery. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with a minimum of 2-4 years of branding experience. You should possess a strong understanding of brand communication, campaign coordination, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies. A passion for staying informed on industry trends and continuously learning and improving is also essential for this position.,
