Your responsibilities will include driving new business development by identifying growth opportunities, generating leads, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, conducting thorough industry research, developing customized business strategies, leveraging social media expertise, managing accounts, collaborating with creative teams, and utilizing analytical skills to inform pitches and tailor services effectively. Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2-4 years of agency experience in business development or client servicing, a strong business development and social media strategy mindset, proven expertise in lead generation and strategic communication, excellent understanding of social media's role in driving engagement, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, research and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
