Job Description

Role Overview: As the Head of Brand & Marketing at SARAS AI Institute, you will play a critical role in shaping the identity of the world's first AI-exclusive institution and leading the global narrative on AI education. Your primary responsibility will be to build SARAS as a hallmark brand in global AI education by crafting a compelling brand identity that resonates across borders, owning the narrative across various channels, and leading content creation in diverse formats. Collaborating with academic teams, students, and partners, you will transform complex AI ideas into engaging content for different audience segments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a compelling brand identity for SARAS AI Institute in the global AI education landscape - Own and lead content creation across various channels including thought leadership, social media, video, blogs, and campaigns - Build and evolve digital marketing strategies, manage marketing funnels, and run efficient campaigns across multiple geographies - Lead a team across content, design, social, and CRM, mentoring and inspiring specialists to operate with excellence and creativity - Collaborate closely with Growth, Academics, and Product teams to ensure alignment in achieving organizational goals - Build dashboards to measure brand reach, campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, and retention - Report progress and insights directly to the COO and Founding Team, owning tools, vendors, and systems that enable efficient marketing execution Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position - Proven success in building and scaling global brands, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer tech industries - Strong command over written and visual content with a natural storytelling ability - Deep understanding of digital strategy, content operations, and campaign design - Strong aesthetic sense, understanding of customer psychology, and ability to thrive in ambiguity (Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the provided job description),
