As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's position, designing campaigns, and enhancing customer experiences through data-driven insights and understanding consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze consumer behavior including purchasing patterns, motivations, and preferences to shape brand strategies. - Utilize market research, surveys, and feedback to gain insights into customer needs. - Provide data-driven insights for effective marketing strategies and campaigns to engage and convert customers. - Monitor brand perception and market trends to identify growth opportunities and ensure global alignment. - Collect, manage, and analyze data from various sources like sales figures, customer feedback, and social media metrics. - Evaluate the impact of product launches and campaigns, offering suggestions for improvement. - Collaborate with customer activation and marketing teams to ensure messaging reflects consumer insights and craft a compelling brand story. Qualification Required: - 5-6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or consumer insights roles with an agency background being a strong plus. - Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and translating insights into narratives. - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Qualtrics, Nielsen, or similar. - Ability to work cross-functionally, facilitating creative and business conversations effectively.,
