Branding & Communication Analyst – JD

We are looking for a professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience and a solid understanding of branding, corporate communication, marketing fundamentals and will collaborate closely with our global and regional stakeholders.

Corporate & Internal Communications

• Liaise with global and regional communications teams to manage corporate communication priorities for the Greater Asia region.
• Liaising with external vendors to manage branding and content on social media and promote it via digital marketing
• Managing the internal and external communications in line with business objectives and values while maintaining brand consistency
• Ensuring a consistent brand presence at events, exhibitions and interaction with press & customers

Marketing Support (Category Basics & Client-Facing Projects)

• Supporting the marketing team in client-facing projects with thorough research, analysis of data and presentation of insights
• Developing market knowledge and staying on top of consumer, brand and product trends
• Managing product repository and preparation for customer meetings and product showcases
• Bring alive new ideas/themes and conduct smelling session to inspire the internal stakeholders
• Support the team with day-to-day activities - sourcing & tracking market samples, claim reimbursements, Connecting with companies india, regional & global counterparts and vendors to facilitate the product procurement & shipment process

Your responsibilities will be divided as follows: 60% on branding and communication and 40% on client-facing marketing projects

Must-Haves

• A background in Corporate Communications, Branding, Marketing / PR
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power point
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones
