Brand Ambassador Internship

As a ZUMI Foods Brand Ambassador Intern, you will be part of a growing FMCG brand that is revolutionizing the beverage industry. ZUMI Foods, a brand under Beanery Foods Pvt. Ltd., is a Hyderabad-based FMCG start-up committed to eliminating refined sugar from daily diets by offering 100% natural, lactose-free milkshakes sweetened with jaggery, dates, or other natural sweeteners. As one of the 5 winning startups in the Startups by Tetra Pak challenge, ZUMI Foods is gearing up to launch its UHT range across India. Your role as a ZUMI Brand Ambassador will provide you with a unique opportunity to witness the building of a consumer brand from scratch. You will engage with customers, drive brand awareness, and gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and consumer engagement. If you are a dynamic individual who enjoys interacting with people, is passionate about health and food, and seeks practical exposure to brand marketing, this internship is tailored for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Represent ZUMI at retail outlets, events, and sampling locations to promote the brand - Plan and execute pop-up events including product tastings, mini activations, and experience stations - Gather on-ground insights on product taste and packaging through customer feedback - Identify potential locations and event types for brand presence through market research - Collaborate with fitness clubs, cafes, wellness events, and micro-influencers for local partnerships - Create engaging photo/video content for brand campaigns - Communicate ZUMI's USPs and clean-ingredient story to new audiences through brand storytelling - Drive sales at events, activations, and pop-up stalls to enable sales - Share audience feedback to shape brand strategy through consumer insights **Qualifications Required:** - A confident and outgoing personality with a passion for meeting people - Strong verbal communication skills (knowledge of Hindi/English/Telugu is a bonus) - Interest in health, food, or entrepreneurship - Reliability, proactiveness, and willingness to take on challenges - Ability to independently travel within the city (own vehicle is a plus) Location: Hyderabad Stipend: Provided with performance-based incentives If you are ready to shake things up with ZUMI Foods, please email your CV and a brief introduction about yourself to Thapasya Vijayaraghavan at thapasya@beaneryfoods.com.,
