Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Branch Trainer for Sales. The Branch Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales training sessions, developing training materials, and enhancing the skills of sales staff. Tasks include delivering presentations, facilitating communication skills improvement, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The Branch Trainer will play a key role in the training and development of the sales team, ensuring they meet their sales targets and perform to the best of their abilities.

• Strong Presentation Skills and ability to conduct Sales Trainings
• Experience in Training & Development
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to motivate and engage a team along with Travel
• Post Graduation preferred
