Job Description

Role & responsibilities Train Employees : Teach technical knowledge and product details to service staff (like Service Ambassadors, ASEs, Franchisees) so they can do their jobs well. Customer Support : Visit customers if there are major complaints and make sure problems are solved. Product Training : Train teams on new products and updates. Soft Skills : Teach customer service and communication skills. Hiring and Induction : Help select the right people for the team and guide them from day one. Performance Review : Check how well employees are doing and give them feedback or additional training if needed. Use of Tools & Apps : Make sure the team uses company systems and tools properly. Team Building : Motivate and develop the team to become high performers. Field Visits : Go to dealer locations or customers when needed. Reports & Feedback : Share regular reports and product feedback with managers and factories
