Job Description

Manage
after-sales service operations
for IT / Consumer Electronics products at the branch level.
Coordinate with
authorized service centers
to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate
service center performance
, including
Turnaround Time (TAT)
and pending cases.
Track and improve
customer satisfaction
and handle escalated complaints.
Lead, guide, and manage the
branch service team
.
Prepare and analyze
MIS reports
using
MS Excel
.
Ensure adherence to
company service policies, warranty guidelines, and SOPs
.

Preferred Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in
after-sales service operations
in the
IT or Consumer Electronics industry
.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficient in
MS Excel and MIS reporting
.
Experience in
managing service centers and field/service teams
.
Good understanding of
TAT management, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction metrics
.
Ability to handle
customer escalations
and work under pressure.
Result-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
Candidates available for
immediate joining
will be preferred.
