Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, personal loans, and insurance.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service quality and prompt resolution of issues.
Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Work closely with the branch operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation.
Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and other marketing events.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer data accurately.
