Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, your primary role is to cater to the needs of HNI customers by onboarding them into the HNW Program and providing exceptional customer service to increase relationship profitability. Your responsibilities include: - Acquiring new HNW relationships for the bank - Serving as a single point of contact for all financial needs, enhancing relationship value and wallet share - Liaising with branch staff to identify eligible customers for the HNW portfolio - Acquiring new customers who meet product criteria - Regularly interacting with customers to build rapport and update profiles - Enhancing the overall value and book size of the portfolio - Maintaining portfolio quality and hygiene parameters - Cross-selling bank products based on customer needs - Conducting joint calls with supervisors as per defined process - Offering advisory services as required - Achieving monthly and yearly revenue targets - Controlling customer attrition In terms of Operations, Marketing, and Processes, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring adherence to KYC/AML norms - Adhering to workstation norms - Identifying cross-selling opportunities to increase wallet share - Selling products to family members and associates - Maximizing income generation levels - Contributing towards the penetration of focused products Customer service is a crucial aspect of your role, and you are expected to: - Deliver quality customer service - Resolve customer queries and complaints within the defined TAT - Keep customers informed about regulatory or process changes - Communicate timely on customer requests and concerns - Manage complaints proactively through customer feedback - Promote direct banking channels for customer utilization - Ensure a smooth handover/takeover of the portfolio Key Skills required for this role include: - Sales and influencing skills - Banking product and process knowledge - NRI product and regulatory knowledge - Planning and organizing skills - Good communication skills - Knowledge of competition and current trends in the financial industry - IRDA Certification - NCFM Certification (Optional) - Exposure to the Portfolio Management segment Feel free to reach out if you have any queries or need further clarification.,
