Branch Sales Manager – LAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of

  Sales Managers

  and

  Sales Executives

  in the LAP vertical
  
• Drive monthly business targets and ensure achievement of disbursement goals
  
• Build and expand sourcing through DST and connector channels
  
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide on-field guidance
  
• Ensure complete documentation and compliance as per internal and regulatory norms
  
• Work closely with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing
  
• Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  
• Develop a strong customer and channel partner network in the region
  

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
  
• Minimum

  5–8 years

  of experience in

  LAP sales

  , with at least

  2 years in a team leadership role

  
  
• Strong experience in

  managing teams

  of Sales Managers/Executives
  
• Good understanding of LAP products, processes, and documentation
  
• Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
