Generate and follow up on leads from branch visitors. Manage existing policies to keep customers satisfied and ensure renewals. Cross-sell and upsell products to grow customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Record all customer interactions in CRM and track sales. Work with internal teams for lead checks, policy issuance, and after-sales support.
