Job Description:
Responsible for acquiring new CASA (Savings & Current Accounts) customers, driving branch sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role includes sourcing customers through open market, cross-selling banking products, ensuring KYC compliance, and supporting overall branch business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve CASA acquisition and monthly sales targets
Source customers through field visits, references & walk-ins
Cross-sell FD/RD, debit cards, digital banking, insurance, loans
Maintain customer satisfaction & relationship management
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
2–5 years of CASA/retail banking sales experience
Strong communication & field sales skills
