As a Branch Manager at Vedantu, you will be responsible for driving business performance, managing branch operations, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will ensure exceptional customer experience, achieve revenue targets, and maintain operational excellence within the branch.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Academic Counselors / Sales Executives.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.

• Branch Operations

• Oversee day-to-day branch activities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes and policies.
• Maintain high levels of discipline, productivity, and service quality.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales strategies to achieve branch revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, pipeline management, and conversion optimization.

• Customer Experience

• Ensure superior service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and partners.

• Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and share updates with senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, HR) to support growth initiatives.

• Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience in team handling
