Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Pune. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, develop and implement business strategies, and manage logistics to ensure top-tier service delivery. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring operational processes to meet quality standards, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and driving growth in alignment with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills, including the ability to lead a team effectively, allocate tasks, and motivate employees.
  • Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization expertise, with the capability to ensure streamlined branch operations and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Customer Relationship Management skills to handle client interactions, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for evaluating performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and resolving operational challenges.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields; expertise in cold chain transportation is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with using technology and tools for operations management, inventory tracking, and GPS monitoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
