Branch Manager

Role Overview: As a Branch Manager - Variable at NIVABUPA HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED, your primary function is to enable the achievement of key business outcomes, build a quality Agency, ensure adherence to statutory and compliance requirements, and drive the people agenda to achieve people outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the achievement of key measures of performance including New GWP, Renewal GWP, Renewal number of cases, Active agents and PA, Desired product mix, Number of New Agents, Audit findings, Employee engagement, and Attrition. - Own the business plan for the branch, internalize the company's management philosophy and business strategy, engage and motivate the existing team of Agents, and activate new Agent Advisors. - Recruit quality resources, set goals for Agency Managers, review and mentor them regularly, provide training to the team, ensure adherence to the sales process, and identify future leaders. - Identify potential business opportunities in the branch jurisdiction, appoint Agents in those locations, manage the resource and expense budget, and design and implement R&R schemes and marketing activities. - Liaise with the Home Office, maintain compliance with regulatory norms, maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and keep the expense ratio within budget. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institute - Preferably Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management - 8-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services distribution - 3-5 years of team handling experience Preferred Skill Set: - Analytical Skills - Domain Knowledge - Leadership Attributes - Result orientation (Note: Any additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description),
