Job Description

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operations of a particular branch. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Hiring, training, and evaluating branch employees. - Setting and achieving the branch's business goals. - Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to the organization's policies. - Preparing and managing the branch's budget. - Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors, and the community. - Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch. - Handling day-to-day operations of the branch. - Developing and attaining sales goals. - Managing and retaining staff. - Conducting training and development for the staff. - Managing day-to-day accounts and finance updates. - Reporting to the head office. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/ Post Graduation Experience Required: - 2-3 years in Nidhi/NBFC/Insurance mandatory Skills Required: - Good communication and managerial skills. - Ability to manage and coordinate with the team. - Strong leadership qualities. - Achieving targets effectively.
