Branch Manager - Microfinance
Job Purpose
Responsible for achieving key parameters such as business growth, portfolio quality, and employee attrition as required by management. Owns the performance of team members within the branch on people metrics and ensures all required compliances for the branch are met. Major Challenges

Managing and reducing employee attrition.

Monitoring portfolio quality and ensuring targets are met.

Ensuring compliance on all business parameters and achieving zero audit findings for the branch.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications: Graduation

Work Experience: 4-6 years in Microfinance JLG business, with a minimum of 2 years as Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
