Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and expand the customer base. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of mutual funds, investments, and financial planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
