Job Description

Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients with their technical issues and inquiries. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Installing and configuring computer systems and software Explaining technical terms and concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical issues Candidate Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications: 10+3 years Diploma or Any Graduation Fluency in Hindi and English Required Skills: Strong knowledge of computer/laptop hardware Excellent communication skills Basic understanding of technical terms
