Branch Manager for Immigration Office

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch office at Mohali.

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual who excels in both sales and team leadership.

As a Branch Manager, you will not only drive individual sales targets but also mentor, train, and manage a team of Immigration Sales Counsellors, ensuring the Mohali branch achieves its overall sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in immigration sales/consultancy, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably managing a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration processes and policies for key destinations (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
