Job Description

As a Branch Head in the Agency Vertical, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Sales Managers and Agents, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This leadership role requires expertise in agency sales, team building, and a strong track record of generating high business volumes. Job Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Expand the agency network by recruiting and developing high-performing agents. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Insurance Advisors. Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team performance. Monitor and drive agent productivity through structured engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Foster a performance-driven culture within the team. Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies. Maintain and analyze MIS reports to track branch performance. Desired Candidates Profile: Minimum 8+ years in Life Insurance, with at least 5+ years in the Agency Vertical. At least 2+ years in team management & team building. Proven track record of generating INR 1.5 Crore+ business annually. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent sales planning and execution capabilities. Ability to drive recruitment, training, and development of agents. Strategic thinking and a goal-oriented approach.
