Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily activities of the jewellery store.
· Guide the sales team to achieve targets.
· Make sure customers are happy and get good service.
· Train staff and prepare their work schedules.
· Check and manage stock of jewellery items.
· Ensure jewellery is safely stored and nicely displayed.
· Handle billing, payments, and daily cash.
· Send sales and expense reports to head office.
· Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized.
· Help plan offers and promotions to increase sales.
· Follow company rules and government regulations.
· Take care of store security and prevent losses.
