Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Center Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager to manage and drive the overall business performance of our center. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales acumen, and the ability to execute marketing campaigns and events effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive the profit center to achieve business goals.
Handle student enrollments, marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of around 10 members.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Plan and manage events and promotional activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
Achieve monthly revenue and performance targets.
