Job Description

To oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensure smooth functioning, and lead the team to achieve operational and business targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage all branch activities with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure high performance. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular appraisals. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain effective communication with senior management and other departments. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in branch operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Note: Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates currently residing in Delhi. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
