Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of telecallers, managing daily operations, setting targets, training, and coaching team members to drive performance and achieve sales objectives. Your main goal will be to ensure exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company's overall success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team to meet or exceed sales targets. - Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans. - Conduct regular team meetings to review targets, discuss challenges, and share best practices. - Develop strategies to improve sales performance and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. - Track individual and team performance, provide guidance, and support to achieve sales goals. - Report on key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated. - Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team members to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. - Implement regular coaching and skill-building sessions to improve telecalling efficiency. - Ensure professional and courteous calls focusing on customer satisfaction and conversion. - Review call recordings, provide feedback, and maintain quality standards. - Track individual and team performance through KPIs, report progress to management, and implement corrective actions for optimization. Qualification Required: - Proven experience as a Telecalling Team Leader, Sales Manager, or similar role in a sales-driven environment. - Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team successfully. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coach and develop team members. Please note: The job is full-time, day shift, with a performance bonus. Preferred location is in Hyderabad. Experience as a branch manager for 6 years or branch head for 10 years is preferred. Knowledge of English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred. Work location is in person.,
