You will be responsible for leading a team of telecallers in a sales-driven environment, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing daily operations, setting targets, providing training and coaching, and monitoring performance to drive sales objectives and contribute to the company's success. As a Team Leader, you will lead, manage, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets. You will monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed. Conducting regular team meetings to review targets, address challenges, and share best practices will be essential. Developing strategies to enhance sales performance and meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets will be part of your responsibilities. You will track individual and team performance, offer guidance and support, and report on key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Training and development will be crucial in your role. Conducting onboarding and ongoing training sessions, as well as implementing coaching and skill-building activities, will help improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Ensuring quality control by monitoring calls for professionalism, courtesy, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates will also be important. You will track individual and team performance through KPIs, reporting progress to management and implementing corrective actions as needed to optimize results and ensure continuous improvement. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are required to motivate and manage your team effectively. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Telecalling Team Leader or Sales Manager, with at least 6 years in a similar role in a sales-driven environment. Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. The work location is in person, and the job type is full-time.,
