Branch Executive - NBFC

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the branch
• Promote and sell the companys products: gold loans, investment products, and associated third-party products (insurance, other financial services).
• Generate leads (walk-in customers, referrals, tie-ups) and convert them into business opportunities.
• Interact with walk-in customers at branch: explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation process, benefits.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, cross-sell relevant products, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Experience

• Educational qualification: Minimum Graduation.
• Prior experience in sales (NBFC / banking / financial service / branch environment) is preferred.
• Good communication skills (local language) and ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Strong customer-focus, result-driven attitude, comfortable working under targets and in a branch sales environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Sales orientation and ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Good presentation and persuasion skills; ability to explain products clearly to customers.
• Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) of financial products like gold loans, investments, lending process and compliance.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Good organizational skills, able to manage leads, follow-ups, documentation and reporting in a timely manner.
